Ella Hoxha
Ella is Head of the Fixed Income team and Co-Head of Real Return. She joined Newton in July 2023 and has 23 years of experience managing a wide range of fixed income and multi-asset portfolios. Previously, Ella was a Senior Investment Manager at Pictet Asset Management. Prior to that, she held senior investment management positions at Wellington Management and Invesco Asset Management. In 2019, Ella was named one of the 50 Leading Women in the Hedge Fund Industry, and is an active advocate for the development and promotion of diverse talent in the industry. Ella holds an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge, as well as a Master of Science (MSc) in International Finance and a Bachelor of Science (BA Hons) in Business Finance. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Ella speaks five languages and is a qualified sommelier.
