Engjell Raklli

Engjell Rraklli is a homegrown Albanian tech entrepreneur based in Tirana. In 2015, at 23 and with no capital or network, he co-founded division5. In 2019, four years in, it raised a round from foreign business angels. Today it places vetted Balkan engineers with companies across Europe, giving them international careers without leaving home.

He also founded divisionAI, which helps companies put AI agents to work in their daily operations. Engjell hosts the podcast Scaling the Unscalable and speaks on AI in business, bootstrapped growth and the Albanian and Balkan tech scene.

As he puts it: “Albania exports its best people. My work is a bet that it does not have to.”
