Juela Isaj is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with over 25 years of experience in local and international markets, specializing in marketing and communications across various industries, including banking, telecommunications (TELCO), and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).

Her expertise spans business strategy, brand development, market entry strategies, brand positioning, and digital transformation. Throughout her career, she has contributed to building, positioning, and growing leading brands in Albania, Montenegro, and other European markets.

Juela currently leads two companies specializing in communications and marketing performance, combining strategic vision with a strong focus on business growth and measurable results.

She has also held several board positions, including serving as Treasurer and Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Albania (AmCham Albania), where she contributed to strengthening the organization's financial stability, governance, and sustainable development.

Alongside her business leadership roles, Juela is an executive trainer and speaker at professional events, sharing her knowledge and experience in leadership, marketing, and business development.

She holds two Master of Science degrees, one in Leadership and Management and another in Marketing, from the University of Wales (Glamorgan Business School) in the United Kingdom. She has also completed executive education programs at INSEAD, one of the world's leading institutions for business and management education.
